Eppione, a leading provider of integrated employee benefits solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Blake<\/strong> as its new Chief Executive Officer and Board Director<\/strong>, effective immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joe brings a wealth of experience in scaling high-growth technology companies, having played a pivotal role in the success of several notable ventures. Most recently, he held leadership positions at FeedHenry<\/strong>\u2014which was acquired by Red Hat<\/strong> in 2014\u2014 and Artomatix<\/strong>, which was acquired by Unity Software<\/strong> in 2019. His proven track record in driving innovation, operational excellence, and global expansion makes him ideally suited to lead Eppione through its next phase of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past six months, Joe has been working closely with the Eppione leadership team, contributing to a period of strategic realignment and business transformation. This included the successful sale of a portion of Eppione\u2019s Irish book of business to Hastings Insurance<\/strong>, allowing the company to sharpen its focus on international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eppione is registered with the Central Bank in Ireland and FCA in the UK, to offer a full suite of financial and technology solutions supporting Employers and Brokers globally .  They recently announced a new AI powered platform to accelerate sales for Brokers .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is backed by existing investors such as Delta Partners<\/strong> and Capstrive<\/strong>, along with a network of high-profile private investors, Eppione is now well-positioned to scale its presence in key global markets. \u201cJoe\u2019s appointment marks a significant milestone in the company\u2019s journey as it accelerates toward international expansion and product innovation.  We are delighted to be working with him,\u201d said Rich Barnwell<\/strong>, Partner at Delta Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this leadership transition, David Kindlon<\/strong>, Eppione\u2019s co-founder and outgoing CEO, will assume the newly created role of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Growth<\/strong>. David will continue to play a critical role in building global alliances and supporting the company\u2019s long-term vision. David co-founded the business with Neil Fallon<\/strong> who will remain as Chief Operating Officer and directly managing UK operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
