Joe Blake<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Joe brings over 25 years of experience in the tech startup world \u2014 and has the battle scars to prove it. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams across a broad range of sectors, from film and gaming to call centre automation and fintech, consistently driving innovation and growth in fast-paced, high-change environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He first connected with Eppione\u2019s founders, Dave and Neil, in late 2024, when they invited him to collaborate with the leadership team on strategic direction. Following a successful engagement, Joe was appointed CEO in March 2025. He now leads Eppione\u2019s ambitious push for international expansion, with a clear focus on impact and scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joe is passionate about transforming the broken and outdated systems that currently dominate the intersection of employee benefits and large enterprises. He believes this space is overdue for a digital revolution \u2014 one that places the employee at the heart of the experience. With its complex technical requirements, shifting regulations, and fragmented solutions, global employee benefits management demands a smarter, more intuitive approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Joe\u2019s leadership, Eppione is committed to becoming a key force in reshaping the future of employee benefits. During his brokerage career of over 20 years, Dave realised employee benefits simply weren\u2019t working. There was too little choice for employees. And not enough uptake. Never one to blindly accept the status quo, he set out to make benefits more accessible. Easier to manage. And fit-for-purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since teaming up with two friends to create Eppione, Dave now works with global businesses, large and small. He uses all his expertise and Eppione\u2019s revolutionary employee benefits platform to make benefits better for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An employee benefits expert for over 30 years, he\u2019s seen firsthand which benefits are really valued by employees. And which aren\u2019t. So when it comes to the importance of easy benefits access, well, don\u2019t get him started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For employers, helping everyone enjoy their full benefits isn\u2019t easy. The way Neil sees it, benefits are just too complex. That\u2019s why he\u2019s embarked on a mission to revolutionise employee wellbeing. Ernest is a pioneer in creating disruptive technology with a purpose. He believes tech should make life easier and more inspiring. So, he puts the user journey at the heart of everything he creates, designing intuitive solutions that are easy to adopt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his career, Ernest has held a variety of senior positions in digital strategy and marketing. Not least, as chair of the IBM web community, worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As one of the founders of Eppione, he\u2019s breaking new ground in HR and employee benefits technologies. Leading the design and build of the Eppione platform, he also plays a key role in defining the company strategy, ensuring the technology is high-performing and fits the ever-changing needs of employers and their staff all around the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
