      Configuring the platform for a quick launch, we carried out a full market review and made sure all benefits were in place. Once employees had made their selections, we readied reports for payroll and providers. Illuminate even added further benefits at renewal, for no extra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Better still, our broker service matched benefits to the client\u2019s smaller UK workforce at mostly the same cost as before.
